Apply to become a fundraiser, register your event with us!!

  • How we say “Thanks!”
    After your fundraising is over we’ll send you a thank you card. If you’d also like a certificate to display at work, school or simply to stick on the fridge at home please let us know! We also try to phone as many fundraisers as possible to say a very big "thank you" after your event or donaton! We love doing this and it also helps us to continually improve the support we offer.

  • We’d like to stay in touch with you to keep you up-to-date with our work. We will keep your information safe and we will never share your details with anyone else. If you are happy to receive this type of communication, please let us know how you would prefer to be contacted ticking the boxes below.

Raise money through sponsorship

If you are running a marathon, cycling across the country, doing a bungee jump or are taking part in any other event

Raise money in memory of a loved one

Honour the memory of a loved family member or friend by raising money for a cause dear to them.

Raise money by staging an event

If you would like to organize a fundraising event, here are some ideas: coffee morning, car boot sale, musical evening, disco night, quiz night, supermarket bag packing, race night, silent auction, musical evening, host a lunch, family fun day to name but a few.

Sending your money to the Friends of the Special Nursery

If possible set up a fundraising form online with Virgin Giving via our website. Donations will come directly to us and all that is left to do for you is to thank your supporters!

Gift Aid

Please ask people who make a donation or who sponsor you to tick the gift aid box on the form and fill in their full address if they work and pay tax in the UK. The Gift Aid scheme allows us to claim from Revenue & Customs an extra 25p for every £1 donated.
