All of the parents on the Special Nursery Committee had babies who spent time in the unit.  All of the parents and their babies faced their own unique challenges.  We want to say “thank-you” to the wonderfully dedicated Team of Professionals who helped us get through these times.

All of the money that is donated and fundraised for The Friends of The Special Nursery goes back into the Unit. We have helped provide enhanced medical equipment, paediatric training & research, and family support for the parents and carers whose babies are in the unit.

Throughout the Website you can see ways in which the money is raised and spent.
